Your care team comes first
Pregnancy dates, growth ranges, symptoms, nutrition information, and developmental timelines are estimates or general references. Follow your clinician's guidance for tests, medicines, supplements, appointments, feeding, growth, vaccinations, and any concern about a parent or baby.
Emergencies and urgent symptoms
Do not use Egspect to assess an emergency. Contact local emergency services or urgent medical care now if you believe a parent or baby is in danger. During pregnancy and for a year after delivery, urgent warning signs can require immediate care.

Calculators and trackers
Due-date, cycle, weight, feeding, sleep, growth, contraction, kick, symptom, and similar tools can organize information but cannot determine whether something is normal or safe. A missing alert never means that medical care is unnecessary.
Pregnancy loss and difficult outcomes
Loss-related settings are designed to stop inappropriate product messages and offer a private off-ramp. They do not provide crisis counseling or clinical care. Seek help from a trusted clinician, local support service, or emergency service when needed.
