By creating an Egspect account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country.
These launch terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review before commercial release.
What Egspect provides
Egspect provides organization, tracking, shared-family, and general educational tools for pregnancy and early parenthood. Features may change as the service develops. Egspect is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions.
Accounts and family spaces
- Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
- Use your own private sign-in link rather than sharing access.
- Invite only people you trust to a family space.
- Do not access another person's data without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You give Egspect the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and export it as part of the service.
You are responsible for having permission to upload content involving another person. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe it without authorization, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, distribute malware, or use Egspect to harass or endanger anyone. We may limit or suspend access to protect families and the service.
Subscriptions
Paid membership is not yet enabled in this foundation release. Before billing launches, Egspect will publish clear prices, trial terms, renewal timing, cancellation controls, and refund rules. No payment is due merely for creating a free account today.
Availability and termination
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. You may stop using Egspect at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, or create legal risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to export data.
Disclaimers and liability
Egspect is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Do not rely on it for emergencies, medical decisions, or as the only copy of irreplaceable information. Liability limitations will be finalized with jurisdiction-specific counsel and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
